She has worked with world-renowned automotive companies and previously set up a multimillion-dollar automation lab facility for Jaguar Land Rover Cars in India. She has expertise in global supplier management and contract negotiations. She brings operational efficiency to an organization thereby optimizing profits and efficiency.
 
She mentors start-ups to attain their full potential and achieve success with multifold value. She is a great empathizer, and visionary and works closely with the challenges and difficulties of start-ups and motivates them to sustain and exhibit resilience until they achieve success.
