Shyam Kaluve is a technology professional, innovator, mentor, investor and an entrepreneur. He has held various leadership roles in technology and management. He is ever fascinated and passionate about application and adoption of innovative technology for enabling a more equitable and sustainable world. He is donning multiple hats currently providing advice, mentoring, and guidance to several organisations.

Shyam has spent two decades in networking industry, has made technical contributions to several networking protocols, built and led high performance teams developing innovative software/systems, managed engineering programs for product families that achieved billion dollar run rate at Cisco Enterprise Switching and Routing groups. He has 10 patents to his credit spanning several areas of network technology. He was a mentor for several startups at Cisco Launch Pad during his tenure.

Currently he is pursuing his passion of contributing to India’s startup eco-system in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. He is board member for Intelehealth (international tech non-profit improving healthcare access in rural areas), adviser/mentor to startups – Astrome (Wireless Networking), OpenNets (Open Source Network Tech), and Teslon (Telemedicine and Healthcare IOT). He is cofounder and trustee of Gramonnati (non-profit for rural development), seed investor in Gratitude Farms(Organic Food production and distribution), CostBo (e-Commerce SaaS for B2D/B2C space), Orange Cross (Home Healthcare). He is also an advisory member and volunteer for Art of Living’s river rejuvenation social project.

At Evolute he is looking forward to help the startups solve the challenges of growth and scale while maintaining the focus on execution by closely working with the founders and leadership team as necessary.
